Modifications and Updates

Avidni Firm reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any terms or conditions of these Terms of Use without prior notice. Changes to these Terms of Use will be effective immediately upon posting on this website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically, and your continued use of our services following any modifications constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Project Initiation and Payment

Avidni Firm commences work on a project upon receipt of the initial down payment. Unless otherwise specified in writing, the client is invoiced for the remaining balance upon project completion. Websites are made live upon completion and clearance of all payments. Hosting and domain name registration fees, if applicable, must be paid annually.

Additional Services

Additional services beyond the scope of the initial agreement are subject to additional fees, either on a fee-for-service basis or hourly rate. Clients will be informed of any additional charges, which will be added to their invoice accordingly.

Project Delays

Project completion may be delayed under various circumstances, including delayed payments, client-requested design changes, purchase of additional services, or delays in receiving materials from the client. Timeframe estimates are approximate and subject to change at Avidni Firm’s discretion. Avidni Firm reserves the right to put a project on hold at any time.

Satisfaction Guarantee

All services provided by Avidni Firm are backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We strive to ensure our clients are completely satisfied with their solutions. However, Avidni Firm reserves the right to determine the reasonableness of client expectations and may require additional services beyond the original agreement to fulfill unreasonable requests.

Service Approval

Services or elements of a project approved by the client are considered satisfactory. Any further work on approved services will be invoiced accordingly.

Project Completion

Unless specified otherwise, all projects are considered “completed” after a 3-month period from the initial payment date. Hosting and domain name registration services are provided independently of project status and are contingent on client payments.

Refunds

Clients dissatisfied with Avidni Firm’s services may request a refund for any unused monies. Avidni Firm will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may exercise discretion in processing refunds.
